HR HOT ISSUES 3: Employment contract – what it should contain

What risks should you be mindful of when drafting the job description and setting the place of work in the employment contract? What is wage discrimination and how to set up benefits? In addition to tips and tricks regarding the mandatory elements of the contract, we will advise you how to adjust wages, overtime work, employee liability and internal guideline notification obligations, and how to set up home office.
