marketa romankovaRentsch Legal’s dynamic professional team has been strengthened by Markéta Románková. Her addition expands the concept of the firm, which is based on business-oriented legal assistance with an emphasis on creativity, practicality and efficiency. Markéta has extensive experience as an attorney, which she gained in international law firms Linklaters and Gleiss Lutz, as well as years of practical experience as the head of the legal department at Alcatel. She studied law at Charles University in Prague and at Columbia University in New York as well as economics at the University of Economics, Prague.

“This latest addition to our team is a very significant milestone in the short history of our firm,” says Rudolf Rentsch, founding partner of Rentsch Legal. “We are a young and growing law firm with a unique approach to problem solving. Instead of developing industry-wide expertise, we are experts on every single client. We truly live our motto – We facilitate your success! – as confirmed by our results. It has now come time to expand this approach. Markéta, as an experienced attorney and in-house lawyer, will assist with this expansion.”

“Years of experience among businesspeople taught me to understand the true role of an attorney and what it means to be a real partner while closing deals,” says Markéta Románková. “It is quite rare for external legal counsels to have a practical approach and a pro-business understanding of a client’s matters. I really enjoy being part of a team that is truly helpful to clients.”
